Booking via the website is non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled on our side. Contact us by email for more flexible payment options.

To receive the invoice, please fill in the website payment form with your company details, and check the request invoice field. If not available, request by email.
After the payment has been made, we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your payment and give you access to the course.
